I purchased a Sawgrass 500 from Swing Design. I had it almost a year and it began to give me an error. I went to the Sawgrass website and worked with them for about a month. I finally contacted Swing Design to see what else could be done. We were never able to fix the printer. Because it was still under warranty They sent me a replacement. This was a long process because the communication was all email. I understand why phone calls are not an option; you would tie up a customer service person...
