My purchase went wonderful - very happy with the vendor Swing Design. Not so happy with Sawgrass 500 - I have to keep doing nozzle checks or I get wide pink horizontal lines across my print out. At the cost of sawgrass ink, I cringe with every check.

I have no issue at all with my purchase. I do have issues with Sawgrass print utility putting 1-inch pink lines though my pictures. I have to do a check nozzle EVERYTIME I try to print to get rid of them. This is a complete waste of ink and time. Again, this is not swing design issue, but an issue with Sawgrass and you cannot get a person on the phone to answer any questions at all there. I would not have purchased the Sawgrass 500 if I had known this is a known problem :(

These printers are refurbished, meaning that the were opened and ink was installed. They are confirmed to be in working order. The partial ink refers to the amount of ink left in the machine. This amount varies as it depends on the usage of the printer. We do recommend purchasing a full set of ink to have on hand for replacing the initial cartridges. See full answer »
