    I had a previous trial that expired, so I am unable to open the software. I deleted and re-downloaded the software but it says that it can not find an active license code for me to open it. The e-mail from SendOwl provided me with a code but the download is just a brochure about the software with no download link for the license or any additional instructions on how to get this to work.     You will input your license code into the CADLink free trial to activate the full version. The free trial download can be found here (Do not select Design Pro versions): https://updater.cadlink.com/OnlineTri.... As you previously had the free trial, you will want to make sure it is uninstalled prior to redownloading.

    Once you have downloaded the software, follow the on screen prompts to set up the software. When it asks for you to register your product, it will ask for your activation code.

    The CADLink Digital Factory DTF software is lifetime access to this version of the software. It does not include future upgrades, however it does allow for software updates such as bug fixes, etc. There is a free trial of the software available for you to try it out for 15 days before purchase. See

    Yes, this listing is for an activation code that will be provided to you separately by email. Once your receive the code, you will be able to input that into the free trial download of CADLink V11 to activate the software to the full version.

    Unfortunately, the Epson 8500 is not listed as an available device or driver within the CADLink V11 Software. We would recommend reaching out to CADLink directly for any recommendations.

    Yes, you could be able to remove it by right clicking and deleting. You would need to make any updates within the DigiRip software before resending to Hoson Soft. Once the file is in HosonSoft it has been "ripped" and is in the format for printing.

    The software is compatible with an Epson 8500 and is designed to be used on a Windows operating system. We do not sell the Epson 8500 and cannot advise further on the software's capabilities with the machine.
