I placed an order for two items. Both were great prices and for my Silhouette Cameo. The blades arrived fast! The mats got lost in transit, but finally arrived today (about a month after ordering). I am very new to this whole Cameo project program and I was having a really hard time trying to figure out why the Business edition was not being updated and I called their help line and they were so patient and helpful. They did not for one minute make me feel stupid or unclear on what I was trying to say. I highly recommend them, their products and their support.
