I am very new to this whole Cameo project program and I was having a really hard time trying to figure out why the Business edition was not being updated and I called their help line and they were so patient and helpful. They did not for one minute make me feel stupid or unclear on what I was trying to say. I highly recommend them, their products and their support.
The Color Max ink and Color Prime ink are actually the same great ink. They just rebranded the bottles. You can tell which one you have as they are labeled with their names.
