I am very new to this whole Cameo project program and I was having a really hard time trying to figure out why the Business edition was not being updated and I called their help line and they were so patient and helpful. They did not for one minute make me feel stupid or unclear on what I was trying to say. I highly recommend them, their products and their support.
The R2 printhead replacement XP600 does not come with cables attached. You will need to handle the ribbon cables separately during the replacement process. It's important to carefully manage these cables to avoid any damage or incorrect connections. See full answer »
