The Roland BY-20 & BN-20D Direct to Film (DTF) transfer roll printers use S-PG ink in a standard CMYK+Wh configuration. Roland DG’s S-PG offers a wide color gamut and amazing print quality when paired with S-F164 transfer film and S-PG-Powder. The complete system offers legendary Roland DG reliability, allowing users to create custom apparel transfers with confidence.
Roland’s Direct Transfer System Film is used for Direct-to-Film (DTF) applications. This premium film is dimensionally stable and will not warp under heat. Use this in conjunction with S-POWDER for various DTF applications printed on the VersaSTUDIO BY-20 & BN-20D.
Roland's Direct Transfer System Powder is a white hot melt adhesive powder used for Direct-to-Fabric (DTF) or Film-to-Fabric (FTF) applications. Use in conjunction with our Direct Transfer System Film (S-F164) to create DTF graphics that can be applied to cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, and rayon.
